01.Doctor & Clinic Data Sovereignty

Thudipu Clinical OS operates under a strict principle of Doctor and Clinic Data Sovereignty. You, the practicing doctor or clinic entity, retain 100% ownership and control over all Electronic Health Records (EHR), patient demographics, consultation notes, and pharmacy stock ledgers created within your workspace.

Immutable Rule: Thudipu never monetizes, sells, aggregates, or provides patient health records to third-party insurance brokers, pharmaceutical conglomerates, or external advertising networks.

02.DPDP Act 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection) Compliance

In strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 enacted by the Parliament of India:

• Purpose Limitation: Clinical data entered into Thudipu is strictly processed solely to facilitate consultation documentation, digital prescription delivery, and clinic operations.
• Data Minimization: We do not collect unnecessary personal identifiers, background device telemetry, or non-essential cookies.
• Data Residency: All cloud-replicated database backups are hosted strictly within sovereign Indian borders in enterprise Indian cloud infrastructure.
• Right to Erasure & Portability: Doctors may export the complete clinic patient ledger into standardized JSON / CSV formats at any moment without penalty.

03.Ambient Clinical Scribing & Audio Processing

Thudipu's ambient medical voice scribing technology processes live clinician-patient conversations to extract clinical entities (symptoms, medication names, dosages, follow-up timelines).

• Zero Audio Storage: Raw consultation audio recordings are processed in ephemeral memory buffers and immediately purged once the structured prescription draft is generated.
• Human-in-the-Loop Clinical Authority: AI outputs are purely assistive recommendations. A prescription is never committed or dispatched until the attending medical practitioner explicitly signs off.

04.WhatsApp Patient Care Guide Protocol

When a clinic utilizes Thudipu's WhatsApp Patient Bridge to send post-visit instructions and plain-Tamil dietary guides, notifications are dispatched exclusively to the mobile phone number provided directly by the patient during clinical reception. Messages are 100% transactional and contain zero advertising.
