01.Software License & Clinical Scope
Thudipu grants your clinic a non-exclusive, non-transferable software subscription to access the Thudipu Clinical Operating System (installed web application, local offline caching software, and mobile clinical apps). The software is designed to streamline clinical documentation, queue management, FEFO pharmacy inventory, and transactional WhatsApp patient communication.
02.Clinical Responsibility & Prescribing Authority
Thudipu provides ambient speech-to-text drafting, dosage suggestion tools, and drug-interaction warning flags. However:
- The attending physician or licensed clinician holds sole, final clinical and legal responsibility for every signed prescription, treatment recommendation, and dosage instruction.
- Thudipu does not independently practice medicine, diagnose pathologies, or dictate clinical judgment.
03.Predictable Pricing: One Flat Subscription, No Per-Rx Charges
Unlike legacy EMR vendors, Thudipu guarantees zero hidden per-prescription fees, zero patient SMS surcharges, and zero transactional commissions on doctor consultation fees. Subscriptions are billed at fixed monthly or annual rates (e.g. ₹1,499/mo for Solo Doctor practices, ₹3,999/mo for Polyclinics).
04.7-Day In-Clinic Free Trial Terms
Clinics participating in the 7-day trial receive complete software access, on-site/remote staff training, and zero obligation. No credit card is required upfront. If you choose not to proceed, you retain complete access to export all records generated during the trial period.
